Peter leads a team dealing with commercial and contractual disputes for commercial clients (both UK and overseas).

He has considerable experience of dealing with substantial High Court litigation and arbitration, and is also experienced in resolving disputes by other alternative means, such as mediation.

Peter joined Osborne Clarke in 1996. He trained with and worked for Allen & Overy in London from 1989 to 1996. Peter became a Partner in 1998.
