Peter specialises in employment law, employees’ participation law, litigation, arbitration and sports law. He is a member of the Association of Employment Law Lawyers in Rotterdam (VRAA) and the Association of Litigation Lawyers. 

He was admitted to the Bar in 1988 and started his career as a lawyer at Nauta Dutilh, where he worked between 1988 and 1995. In 1995 Peter co-founded Ploum Lodder Princen.
