with a particular interest in housing developments, regeneration projects (including CPO work), minerals and waste management
schemes, business park schemes, transport developments and energy projects.
He regularly advises house builders, large institutional landowners (including crown agencies), airports, waste management
companies, transport operators and industrialists on all aspects of planning and environmental regulations.
Kevin is both a solicitor and a Chartered Town Planner. He is a partner in Osborne Clarke's Environment and Energy Group and
heads up the Planning Group in the Bristol office.

Property Development: Kevin advises clients such as Barratt on planning and infrastructure agreements, appeals, planning applications
and general advisory work
Environmental and Energy: Kevin advises on all forms of planning and environmental advice to waste management and renewable
energy companies. He regularly advises Cory Environmental Management on planning agreements and appeals, pollution prevention
and control authorisations, waste management licensing, waste management contracts and general planning and environmental
regulations.
Major corporate and institutional land owners (including crown agencies): Kevin advises corporates such as QinetiQ on planning
and environmental aspects of their land holdings and transactions involving development of their estates.
Transportation: Kevin advises train operating companies on compulsory purchase powers and compensation matters, and all planning
and environmental matters. He also advises on airport developments and regularly advises Bristol International Airport on
their expansion proposals and on specific airport regulations.
