Katherine specialises in UK and EC competition law.  She regularly advises on a range of competition issues, including:

• UK and EC merger control laws, as well as coordinating cross-border merger control filings; and
• assessing the competition law and regulatory compliance of clients' commercial arrangements, including contract reviews, competition law audits and advice on preparing for dawn raids.

Katherine has acted for a variety of clients, including a leading electronic payments provider, an independent gas transporter and a major mobile network operator.

Katherine trained at Osborne Clarke, qualifying in 2006.  On qualification, she joined Travers Smith's competition department.  Katherine rejoined Osborne Clarke in January 2008.
