Marc is the founder and senior partner of Stehlin & Associés. Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1976, he was admitted to the New York bar in 1979. After an apprenticeship with firms such as Surrey & Morse (who have since merged with Jones Day Reavis and Pogue) he joined Shearman & Sterling in New York and later Klein & Associés in Paris. He founded Stehlin & Associés in December 1989. Marc specialises in international corporate transactions, M&A and financial regulations.

Marc is also the Secretary General and Director of Care France, an important charitable organisation.
