John advises banks, venture capitalists and borrowers on a full range of financing transactions.

With particular experience of structured and acquisition finance deals, John has also worked on a number of projects and property finance transactions, as well as trade finance, private banking and treasury products. 

John qualified with Norton Rose in 1992 (working in their Bahrain Office from 1996-7). He joined Osborne Clarke in 1998, and became a partner in 2002.
