Osborne Clarke recently advised Aareal Bank AG, Rome branch, which acted as arranger, lender, agent and security agent, within the ambit of a loan with an overall value of Euro 135 million provided to Vas Verona Adige Shopping S.r.l., owner of the Adigeo Shopping Centre  in Verona and forming part of the ECE group -  a primary international player operating in the realisation and management of shopping centres -  which was assisted by   DLA Piper.
