Osborne Clarke advises Persistent on the acquisition of PARX

International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Persistent Systems on its acquisition of Swiss-based PARX Werk AG, a specialist in digitising business processes in companies.

For Persistent, a software solutions builder for enterprises and software product companies, the acquisition marks their continued global expansion which includes the recent openings of development centres in Mexico, Israel and new locations in the U.S.

PARX is a Salesforce Platinum Consulting Partner and a leading Salesforce service provider in the DACH market.

A team lead by Partner Gerd Hoor advised Persistent on the transaction. The team included Thomas Schnabel, Janos Mahlo (both Real Estate), Ulrich Bäumer, Teresa Roters, Sabine von Oelffen (all IT), Timo Karsten, Sabine Wahl and Viktoria Winstel (all Employment).
