International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised on the sale of Click Consult, the award-winning full-service digital and search marketing experts, to the global consumer brand services group, Ceuta Group.

The acquisition will further increase Ceuta's digital and search marketing capabilities and is a key development in the Group’s strategy to invest in complementary businesses that enhance the value of its offering to current and prospective clients.

Click Consult will continue to operate as an independent business and will work closely with other companies under the Ceuta Group umbrella to collaboratively deliver outstanding results for clients and brands.
