International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised international venture capital fund EQT Ventures on its $28m Series B equity investment in London-based company Beamery Inc.
Beamery Inc. provides a self-styled “talent CRM”, i.e. a solution for candidate relationship management and recruitment marketing software targeted at fast-growing companies. Co-investors included M12, Microsoft’s venture fund and existing investor Index Ventures.
