International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised BookingBug Limited, a leading appointment and scheduling platform, on its $13.4 million Series C fundraising round from PeakSpan Capital and Downing Ventures.

This funding round saw BookingBug’s first investment from a US fund. The new capital will be used to build on the business' rapid growth - BookingBug was recognised by Deloitte as one of Europe’s fastest growing technology companies in 2017 (Fast 500 EMEA).

BookingBug is a valued and longstanding client of Osborne Clarke with the team having previously advised on the company's Series B fundraising round.

Corporate Partners Russell Van Praagh and Mathias Loertscher, along with Corporate Associate Sara McDiamond advised BookingBug on the round. They were supported by Associate Sam Marriott and Partner Michael Carter in the Incentives team.
