01 December 2006: Osborne Clarke has been named UK law firm of the year at the legal industry Oscars - The Legal Week Awards.
Beating off strong competition from eminent City and national law firms, Osborne Clarke received the award as recognition for its success in recent years and specifically, its consistent flow of strong corporate work. Based on proactive research - including the Legal Week Client Satisfaction survey, which canvassed the opinions of senior lawyers at more than 200 FTSE companies, the awards offer independent recognition from peers and clients.
