Osborne Clarke has advised Email4Property Limited on its £4.4 million sale to Trinity Mirror Plc.
Osborne Clarke was the sole adviser to the shareholders – Richard Simmons, Christopher Dingley and Carl Norton, on the sale
of the entire issued share capital of Email4Property. The deal completed on 9 May 2006 and the £4.4million price was paid
in cash by Trinity Mirror Plc.
Email4Property operates nearly 2,000 property websites, each dedicated to an area in the UK. The sites promote local estate
agents' own brands and connect property-seekers with appropriate estate agents through the web, email and phone. Established
in 2001, Email4Property has become a leading player in the online property marketing industry.
