Osborne Clarke advises on Ultimate Finance placing

Osborne Clarke has advised AIM listed Ultimate Finance Group plc (Ultimate Finance) on a £1 million placing.

Ultimate Finance is a leading provider of financial solutions to SMEs. Services include factoring, invoice discounting and asset finance services.

The funding will be used to support Ultimate Finance's strategic growth whilst at the same time strengthening its balance sheet.

The Osborne Clarke team advising Ultimate Finance was led by corporate partner Patrick Graves, with associate Mark Wesker supporting.
