Victoria Parry

Victoria is a Partner in our employment practice with more than 25 years' experience.  She is also the Practice Group Head for the Advisory Group and a Member of the Firm's Executive Board.

A specialist in Financial Services, she advises on high level strategy and complex litigation.  She regularly leads high value claims (discrimination, whistleblowing and bonuses.  She also advises a strategic level on change management.  

She also has particular focus on in the media space and the cultural and reputational importance that play out in the employment arena.
