Stephane leads the French real estate team of Osborne Clarke.

Stéphane has over 15 years of experience in real estate transactions.

Combining both corporate and real estate skills, Stephane is often called on for his advisory skills on asset and share property acquisitions, disposals, cross-border and domestic portfolios, real estate joint ventures and partnership arrangements, lease agreements, sale and leaseback schemes, and asset management agreements.

He advises clients across all sectors, including office, retail, hospitality, and logistics.

Stéphane holds a postgraduate degree in business and tax law (University of Paris I, Panthéon Sorbonne – 2004) and graduated from the Paris Bar School in 2005.

Stéphane is ranked among the top French lawyers for real estate investments and lease matters.
