Roger has experience in drafting and negotiating a wide range of IT, telecoms, IP and consumer contracts.
He acts for a variety of business clients, principally in the digital sector, and has developed significant advertising and marketing law expertise. He works with various national and multinational corporations (including social networks, search engines, e-commerce companies) on data privacy, e-commerce, the drafting and negotiation of major advertising agreements, intellectual and industrial property matters, e-contracting and consumer law, as well as online gambling. He also advises on privacy issues and carries out data protection audits.
In addition, Roger works with major multinational corporations on a variety of OSS matters, including the acquisition of OSS licenses, the use and regulation of open platforms and IP issues related to the development of new software programs.
Having been educated at ESADE Business School, Barcelona, Roger graduated with a law degree and LLM. He joined Osborne Clark Spain in 2008. He is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
