Peter joined Osborne Clarke's Real Estate team in London in 2012 as a partner specialising in the investment sector. He headed the Real Estate team for 5 years before taking over the Head of London office position.

Peter has worked with UK and international institutional, PropCo and private investors in real estate for over 30 years working with some clients and individual funds for more than 25 years. During that time he has seen and acted on all of the real estate sub-sectors as they come in and out of vogue … and back in again! Retail (from the high street to shopping centres and out of town retail centres), offices, leisure (food & beverage as well as a number of golf courses), living (student accommodation and private rented sector/build to rent), healthcare and industrial/last mile logistics. He advises on investment transactions and portfolio management as well as having a number of clients in the residential and healthcare development sector.
