Nina is a partner in Osborne Clarke’s telecommunications practice. Truly passionate about all things tech, Nina combines in-depth knowledge of telecoms regulation with commercial pragmatism, and her sheer energy and enthusiasm for working with fast-paced, high-tech multinational clients.

Having worked in both private practice and industry and for clients in London, Berlin, Brussels and Dublin, Nina has over 15 years’ experience advising clients on navigating complex EU and national telecoms regulatory issues.

Nina’s practice covers everything from advising on general authorization regimes and associated conditions, spectrum auctions and licensing, spectrum sharing / trading arrangements, MVNO arrangements, VoIP, numbering requirements and number portability, access / interconnect issues and related disputes, active and passive infrastructure arrangements, connected devices consumer protection related issues and complex net neutrality issues.

Nina is a regular speaker at industry events and has been named by The Lawyer Monthly – Women in Law Awards as Regulatory Communications Lawyer UK, 2 years in a row.

Nina is also a qualified Rechtsanwältin (Germany), and admitted to the law societies in England & Wales, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland.

Prior to her current role at Osborne Clarke, Nina was the Associate General Counsel Competition & Telecoms (EMEA) at Facebook UK Ltd.
