Dr Martin Sundermann advises German and international companies on M&A transactions in the small-cap and mid-cap sector.

In addition, he supports investors and companies in share transactions in the field of private equity and venture capital.

Martin’s consultancy focuses on supporting management share programmes as well as designing and structuring of closed-end funds.

In addition to financial investors and companies from Germany and abroad, Martin provides advice on business development and expansion for start-up companies and founders of new businesses, incubators, and technology transfer companies.

He has many years of experience in national and cross-border acquisitions and financing.

Martin studied and obtained a doctorate in Bonn and qualified as a lawyer in 1995.

He was one of the founding partners of Osborne Clarke’s Munich office and worked previously as a partner in Munich, Milan, and New York at an international law firm that is associated with a large accounting firm.

Martin is a trained commercial mediator and regularly holds talks, in particular on the topics of technology spin-offs and on the structuring and financing of start-ups.
