After graduating in 1994 from the University of Milan, Marco worked with several law firms, specialising in labour law.
In 2001 Osborne Clarke offered him the chance to complete his previous experience working within the area of corporate law, with particular reference to M&As and business transformations.
The union of such diverse experiences means that today he addresses all issues relating to HR matters connected with corporate restructuring and transactions and to propose concrete and business-oriented solutions to clients.
Since 2008 he has been the Partner in charge of the employment law group and he acts for Italian and foreign clients in staff reorganisations, transfers of business and outsourcing, providing practical support in industrial relations with unions. He also advises businesses on all matters pertaining to the management of labour relations with staff.
Since 2017 Marco has been a member of the Technical Committee that, within the ambit of the Italian trade association ‘Confindustria Alberghi’, is in the process of negotiating the new national collective bargaining agreement applicable to the tourism industry.
