Lucile is an Associate in the IP/IT/Commercial department of Osborne Clarke’s Paris office. She is assisting national and international clients in litigation and non-litigation matters relating to technology transactions, data protection, e-commerce and intellectual property.
Much of Lucile’s work is in the Technology and Digital Media sectors advising on data protection compliance in relation to new technologies such as Internet of Things, Ad Tech, data analytics.
She is also heavily involved in the drafting and negotiation of IT contracts including outsourcing and software development contracts.
Lucile has joined Osborne Clarke in July 2015 and was admitted to the bar in January 2017. She holds a LL.M. in Computer and Communications Law (Queen Mary University of London, UK – 2015) and a Master 2 in IT Law (Université Paris 2 Panthéon Assas – 2013).
