He is specialised in commercial tenancy law and the strategic optimisation of operating and energy costs, and collaborates with companies focused on these areas.
Due to his many years of experience in litigation and advising, he is able to avoid the common contractual pitfalls that lead to litigation.
Jürgen qualified as a lawyer in 1997, having studied in Cologne, and has been a partner in the Cologne office of Osborne Clarke since 2007.
He is the author of several publications on property law.
He shares his extensive know-how in seminars or lectures at the Academy of Finance Bonn at the Sprengnetter Academy, and uses this expertise in leading in-house training courses.
