Judith advises national and international businesses on all matters of multimedia, IT and broadcasting law as well as e- and m-commerce and data protection.
A specific focus is on media regulation, especially licensing issues and legal issues of media concentration and youth protection.
After finishing her studies in Hamburg, Judith completed her legal traineeship in Hamburg, Geneva and Cape Town, among others with the UN Dispute Tribunal and the legal department of a public broadcaster. Before joining Osborne Clarke in August 2016, Judith started her professional career with two leading international law firms.
Osborne Clarke was awarded JUVE law firm of the year for use of Information Technology in 2017.
