Jonathan is a Partner in our construction practice, acting for a wide range of employers, contractors, sub-contractors and consultants on all aspects of construction and engineering law.

His practice covers advisory work and dispute resolution, including arbitration, adjudication and mediation procedures. He acts for end users with a particular interest in the energy and infrastructure sectors, advising utility and energy companies on power projects, developers and turbine manufacturers on wind projects, rail contractors in the UK and internationally, and developers on large domestic mixed-use and residential projects.

Jonathan qualified as a lawyer in 1993 and has been a Partner at Osborne Clarke since 2000. He is a member of the Society of Construction Law, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, The Adjudication Society, TeSCA and the Institute of Asset Management. He is a keen cyclist and  regularly completes bike rides as a member of the Osborne Clarke team raising money for charity, most recently cycling from London to Paris to raise money for Care International.
