Federico heads the Italian Dispute Resolution practice which covers several industry sectors (such as Energy, Life Science, Construction, Financial Services, Technologies and Intellectual Property).

Federico's main focus is on advocacy and procedural strategy: he has wide experience in the evidentiary stage of a dispute. He advocates before national courts (he is admitted to advocate before the Italian Supreme Court) and arbitration tribunals, domestic and international. Federico has considerable experience in both ad hoc and institutional arbitrations (under the International Court of Arbitration (ICC), London Court of Arbitration (LCA) and Milan Chamber of Arbitration (CAM) rules) also with reference to the enforcement of arbitral awards. He also serves as an arbitrator in ad hoc and institutional arbitrations.

He regularly advises on corporate matters predominantly in relation to disputes involving shareholders, corporate management and supervisory bodies, as well as in post-M&A and investment-related disputes. He has great experience in distressed situations dealing with both disputes and restructuring procedures.

Federico also gained niche experience in copyright and antitrust litigation.

Federico is a key member of the Italian focus group on third party litigation funding.

He is regularly ranked in Chambers and Partners and Legal 500. The Litigation Team of Osborne Clarke Italy is also ranked in Legal 500.
