Stephan advises national and international mid-sized companies and groups on intellectual property law. He focuses on patent law, design law and competition law (UWG). He represents his clients in and out of court and on the defence of property rights.
Stephan studied law in Bonn. Afterwards he worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Civil Law, Intellectual Property Law and Unfair Competition Law at the University of Bonn and did his doctorate in patent law.
Before joining Osborne Clarke in 2018 he completed his legal traineeship in Bonn, Cologne and Sydney, whereby he worked, inter alia, for a big German television broadcaster.
He is an author of publications in Intellectual Property journals.
