Dr Stephan Carduck advises clients on trade and distribution law and on the related competition law issues.
He supports his clients with the design of sale and supplier contracts and represents them in disputes in and out of court.
Stephan qualified as a lawyer in 2017. He studied law in Freiburg and Muenster and worked as a research assistant at the Institute of Civil Law, Commercial and Corporate Law and Intellectual Property at the University of Cologne. Stephan completed his legal traineeship at the Cologne Regional Court with postings at the German American Chamber of Commerce in New York, an international law firm in cologne and the legal department of the professional soccer club 1. FC Köln.
