Amongst Diego’s daily tasks at Osborne Clarke, he provides legal advice on a broad scope of Regulatory and Public Law matters.

As a member of the Public Law Department, he advises national and international companies related to regulated sectors, in particular in public procurement, urban planning and environmental matters.

Additionally, he provides litigation advice to both Public and Private Sector entities before Governments and the Courts concerning different areas of Administrative Law such as healthcare, town planning, environment, waste and Aviation Law.

Graduated from Carlos III University of Madrid in Law in 2011, he developed his specialization in Law by completing a LLM in Business Law from Instituto de Empresa (IE). Diego also holds a Master´s Degree in Aeronautical Management at Universidad Autónoma of Barcelona.

His career as a lawyer started in 2011 and he joined Osborne Clarke in 2014. Previously, Diego initiated his professional career in Schiller Abogados & Rechtsanwaelte and in the Department of Public Law in PwC Tax and Legal Services.

He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
