David is a Partner in the corporate practice and leads the Energy and Utilities sector at Osborne Clarke.
With more than a decade’s experience in the sector, he handles M&A, joint ventures, projects, venture and private equity transactions, with a particular focus on energy, renewables and broader technology clients.
He works for corporations, management teams, vendors, purchasers and funders on deals, and his clients range from start-ups to large established corporate groups and utilities. David has a keen interest in power management and demand response technologies as well as his broader interest in power generation and transmission infrastructure.
David qualified at Osborne Clarke in 1995 and has been a Partner at the firm since 2004. As head of Energy and Utilities he has helped develop an integrated practice that spans the firm’s offices and services clients across the value chain.
