Clémentine de Guillebon specialises in Employment law.
She assists clients with legal advice and assistance on litigation matters, concerning the social impact of reorganisations, social audits, questions related to employee representatives, and in the drafting of all documents related to workplace relations. She worked for almost five years within the Employment law department at Baker & McKenzie.
She previously worked within Messier-Dowty (Groupe Safran) for one year where she was in charge of Human Resources and where she carried out a study on socio-psychological risks in the workplace. Clémentine holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Workplace Relationships from CIFFOP (University Paris II – Panthéon Assas, 2008) and a Master 2 in Employment Law (University Paris II – Panthéon Assas 2007).
