Carsten focuses on M&A, venture capital and private equity transactions
He also advises small and medium-sized companies on founding, financing and restructuring processes. He has many years’ experience in international contractual law and insolvency law.
He qualified as a lawyer in 1998 and has been employed as a lecturer in these fields by the universities of Hamburg and Bielefeld, as well as by various seminar organisers. Carsten studied at the universities of Bonn, Lausanne and Heidelberg and completed a Master of Law degree in comparative law in 1995 at the University of Miami School of Law. He is also chairman of the supervisory board of Pro Sky AG, Cologne, and a member of the board of directors for Alexander Lüderitz-Stiftung, Cologne.
