Béatrice has over twenty years’ experience at the cutting edge of IT legal advice in both private practice and as in-house associate general counsel of Microsoft Corporation.

In 2012 she was recognised as one of the leading IT lawyers in France by her peers (bestlawyers.com survey published by Les Echos) and distinguished as Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Mérite, notably for her contribution to the digital economy.

Béatrice acts as counsel and litigator for French and international clients on subjects as varied as video game development and online/retail distribution, Internet media and entertainment, e-commerce, IP/IT, Open Source Software, IT contracts, Cloud Computing and personal data protection.

Béatrice is an author on Osborne Clarke’s marketing law blog.

Training

Béatrice has a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Business Law from the University College of London and a postgraduate degree (DEA) in International Economic Law, Burgundy University. Béatrice qualified in 1993 as Conseil Juridique and was admitted to the Paris Bar.
