Andrew joined Osborne Clarke in 2012 to assist with the continued development and growth of the Thames Valley Office as a regional centre for residential development legal work.
His background has given him front-line experience in the numerous legal disciplines that come together when purchasing land for development, including planning, tax, and construction and contract law.
He has been involved in all stages of the legal process, from original acquisition, development agreements and infrastructure agreements through to ultimate plots sales. Andrew understands the legal issues that face developers and housing associations over the lifetime of a site, enabling him to identify and solve issues early in a development so sales are not held up.
