Tim advises national and international businesses in the digital media and software industry throughout Europe and the US on all matters of digital media and IT law including E- and M-commerce law as well as data protection issues as well as IP/technology-related transactions.  .

His clients are national and international software and computer game developers, publishers and distributors, as well as online providers.

Since joining Osborne Clarke in 2009, Tim has been on secondments to major international digital media clients and spent several months of 2014 in Osborne Clarke’s Silicon Valley and San Francisco offices advising US tech companies on the ground and in the time zone on their European operations.
