James is a Partner in the corporate practice. He advises investors, management teams and companies on all aspects of the private equity and venture capital markets and specialises in Technology work.

James' practice focuses on venture and growth capital transactions, private equity buyouts, buy-and-build projects and exits.

Much of James' work is within the Tech, Media and Comms sector, particularly advising high-growth technology companies and the institutional funds investing in them, including, amongst other areas, in the fintech, insurtech, cybersecurity, enterprise software and video games markets.
