SLA STUDIO LEGALE ASSOCIATO DIVENTA OSBORNE CLARKE
E’ stato siglato a Londra lo scorso 28 marzo l’accordo preliminare che porterà prima dell’estate all’approvazione dei termini di fusione tra SLA e lo studio inglese e tedesco Osborne Clarke. Entro settembre verrà, infatti, finalizzato l’accordo definitivo e verrà armonizzata l’immagine dello studio italiano con il nuovo brand.
“Questa integrazione rappresenta per lo studio e per i suoi clienti un’opportunità di crescita culturale importante grazie alla quale consolidiamo la nostra presenza nel silver circle italiano.
Alla base di questa operazione c’è la condivisione di un approccio fortemente orientato alla specifica conoscenza dei settori e del business dei nostri clienti” ha dichiarato Riccardo Roversi, il managing partner di SLA in Italia.
OC trasforma così le sue alleanze europee in un unico studio legale internazionale con uffici in UK, Germania, Spagna e Italia (Milano, Brescia, Padova e Roma) oltre alla sede americana di Palo Alto.

On 28 March, 2012, preliminary agreements were signed in London which will lead, prior to the summer, to the approval of the terms of the merger between SLA and the English and German law firm, Osborne Clarke.

Established in 1993, Italian firm SLA Studio Legale Associato is headquartered in Milan, the heart of Italy's commercial and financial centre. The firm also has offices in Rome, the political and legal hub of the country, Brescia, the industrial district to the east of Milan, and Padua, a City of rapid industrial and commercial growth.
