Established in 1993, Italian firm SLA Studio Legale Associato is the newest member of the Osborne Clarke Alliance, having joined in April 2004.

Headquartered in Milan, the heart of Italy's commercial and financial centre, SLA Studio Legale Associato also has offices in Rome, the political and legal hub of the country, Brescia, the industrial district to the east of Milan and Padua, a City of rapid industrial and commercial growth.

Known for its expertise in M&A, commercial and litigation issues, the firm boasts 60 lawyers, including specialists from Spain, France, Germany, England and Italy, which reflects the international nature of its clients.
