Jeroen Bedaux is a commercial and corporate litigator based in Amsterdam. He specialises in Commercial Litigation (product liability, specific performance and breach of contract), Banking & Finance Litigation (including class actions and mass claims), Fraud & Compliance, Construction Litigation, Corporate Litigation and Directors & Officers liability.

Jeroen litigates on a number of class action and mass claims for financial institutions, multinationals and directors. He is involved in multi-jurisdiction fraud cases and is responsible for some ground breaking judgments.

Jeroen has significant experience in high complex construction litigation for leading local and international construction companies. He represents IT companies in court cases and arbitrations regarding failed IT projects and termination of distribution & agency agreements. He represents pharmaceuticals in product recall and liability cases as well as in distribution and agency disputes. He specialises in the Tech, Media and Comms, Financial Services, The Built Environment and Retail sectors.

Jeroen is co-author of The International Product Recall Handbook, International Legal Privilege Handbook and International Agency & Distribution Law (of the Center for International Legal Studies). Jeroen is President of the National Appeals Committee of the Royal Dutch Soccer Association and one of the recommended lawyers by the National Olympic Committee. He is member of the supervisory board of CSV Veritas and Young Legal Professional Network and acts as Patron for the Legal Debating Society Tusculum. Jeroen completed the post-academic course Company & Liability with the Grotius Academy. Jeroen has worked for two leading (international) law firms before joining us.
