The General Data Protection Regulation 2018 (GDPR) represents the biggest change to the data protection regime in the UK for nearly 20 years. It will apply from 25 May 2018 which means you have less than 12 months to understand the impact of the new regime on your business practices and, more particularly, on your use of employee and candidate data.
