I am a partner in the Commercial and Regulatory Litigation Team. I am also head of the firm's Regulatory Group and work with clients on a wide variety of regulatory issues.
My practice covers regulatory investigations and enforcement, as well as public law challenges (including procurement challenges and judicial review) and commercial litigation. I focus on delivering clients the commercial outcomes they are looking for whilst operating in a regulated environment.
My area of particular expertise is public procurement law. My procurement practice involves providing suppliers, contracting authorities and utilities with the full range of legal advice on UK and EU procurement law. I deal with complex procurement issues at the cutting edge of a rapidly changing area of law. I regularly advise on threatened and actual challenges, including complex High Court litigation.
My regulatory work covers advising clients on health & safety law and enforcement procedures.
Examples of some of my clients: Eurostar; Dell; The Carbon Trust; Sita; Bromley PCT; Somerset County Council; WPD; Invensys Rail.
I qualified as a solicitor in 2001 and as a solicitor advocate in 2004. I’ve been a partner at Osborne Clarke since 2011.
