Skills and experience

We are seeking a lawyer to join the Commercial team in our Thames Valley office to support and run a variety of technology and IP deals.  We anticipate this position will suit candidates who have gained at least 4 years' PQE, or equivalent, and have developed strong relationships with clients.  The successful candidate will have experience of being involved in clients' cutting edge business decisions.  The role has a technology bias and candidates will demonstrate strong knowledge, commitment and an appetite for this area of work.

Additional information:

*  Outsourcing experience from any sector is essential.
*  We are keen to recruit individuals with strong business development capabilities.
*  Private practice experience is preferable over in-house experience.

Clients are from a variety of sectors including technology, telecoms, utilities and business services and include names such as Vodafone, Thames Water, Xerox and Dell.

Team

This position will report to Russell Bowyer, Partner.  The team consists of 3 Partners and 4 Solicitors.
