Our investment funds team forms an integral part of our corporate transactional offering, combining the requisite mix of skills to help with fund formations and structuring: intimate knowledge of corporate, partnership and other vehicles; corporate finance/listing experience; experience of offshore jurisdictions; and up-to-date regulatory advice.

We offer a tailored approach designed to fit our clients' specific objectives.  In doing so, we draw on our extensive experience of acting on transactions undertaken by funds - particularly private equity, venture capital and hedge funds - so that we can help design funds accordingly.  Indeed, we aim to become the fund's trusted advisor over the life of the fund, for its investments and, ultimately, exits.

Skills and experience

We are seeking a candidate with at least two years' PQE with experience in fund structuring and formation, including private equity, hedge, property and AIM listed funds to join our team.  Tax and pensions experience would also be beneficial to this post.

For more experienced candidates, we are keen to see external contacts and an interest in developing a funds practice to support and assist the growing area of investment work for pension funds and local authorities.
